1. Order Acceptance Policy

The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Vibelore13 reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the quantity of any item ordered and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required before the acceptance of any order.

2. Order Cancellation


Once checkout and payment is processed, orders generally cannot be canceled. However, if your order has not yet been fulfilled or dispatched, you may submit a cancellation request within 24 hours. In such cases, a small administrative fee (e.g. 10%) may apply.

3. Returns & Faulty Goods
All sales are final due to the nature of personal wellness devices. We do not accept returns for change of mind.


For defective items, please report within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will offer an exchange or repair (at our discretion) within 7 days. Products must be returned in original protective packaging.


We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of misuse or tampering.

4. Delivery & Receiving of Orders

Your order will be delivered via courier to the address you provide. If the courier fails delivery, they may attempt again or return to sender — re-delivery costs will be borne by you.
We may require proof of identity only in cases where fraud risk is suspected; this request will be discretionary and handled with confidentiality.

5. Age Restriction / Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or legal adult age in your jurisdiction).


You represent that it is legal for you to purchase and receive intimate wellness / personal care devices in your location.
We reserve the right to refuse service or require verification if needed.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vibelore13 be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages, even if previously advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, but is not limited to, damages arising out of the use or inability to use the website, products, services, or materials provided. These limitations apply regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, negligence, or any other legal theory.

7. Registration

You warrant that:

  • The information you provide during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete.

  • You agree to notify Vibelore13 immediately of any changes to your information.

  • You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or use a false name or a name you are not authorized to use.

8. Indemnity

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold Vibelore13, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers harmless, immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of any breach of these Terms or any other liabilities arising out of your use of the website, or use by any other person accessing the website using your information.

9. Our Rights

Vibelore13 reserves the right to:

  • We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the website following such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree, you must stop using the site.

10. Refusal of Transaction

By placing an order, you consent to Vibelore13 transmitting or verifying information (e.g., payment processing, identity checks, fraud prevention) with third parties as necessary to complete your purchase.
We may refuse or cancel any transaction at our discretion if any information cannot be verified or seems suspicious.

11. Third-Party Links

Links to third-party websites are provided solely for your convenience. You acknowledge and agree that Vibelore13 is not responsible for the availability, privacy practices, or content of such sites. We do not endorse and are not liable for any advertising, products, services, or materials available from third-party sites.

12. Compliance with Laws
