Refund & Returns Policy 

At Vibelore13, we strive to ensure your satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety. Due to the intimate nature of our products, our return policy is strict and applies as follows:

1. Unopened / Unused Items

• Items that are unopened and unused may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product value.

• Shipping costs for returning unopened items are the responsibility of the buyer.

• After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for the purchase price, less the original shipping fee.

• Refunds will not be issued for partial returns on package deals; the entire package must be returned intact.

• Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your return for processing.

2. Opened / Used Items

• For hygiene reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned or refunded, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Any returned items found to be opened or used will be safely disposed of, and no refund will be issued.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

• If an item is defective or incorrect, please contact our Customer Service team within 90 days of delivery.

• You may be asked to provide photos to verify the defect or error. Once confirmed, we will send you a replacement at our expense.

• Defective or incorrect items do not need to be returned.

• Items reported after 90 days are not eligible for refund or replacement.

4. Return Authorization

• Before returning any item, you must contact us to obtain a reference number and the return mailing address.

• Packages sent without a reference number may not be accepted.
